Product description
The SubZero 055 Cassette H is a high-quality, original replacement part for Mutoh Zephyr 65 printers. It is designed for inkjet curing applications, and features a miniature SubZero UV curing system that is tailored for use with moving head inkjet printers. The system includes a shutter that closes off the UV exposure as the lamp unit moves the media, helping to reduce the risk of reflected UV light damaging the costly printheads.
With a compact size and an arc length of 55mm (2.2 inches), the SubZero 055 is ideal for use in medium-sized printer/plotters and marking and encoding applications that utilize 20mm inkjet heads. It is a lightweight, high-output, and miniature UV emitter that offers exceptional performance and reliability.
The SubZero 055 Cassette H is an original, high-quality part designed for use with specific models of inkjet printers. It is compatible with the Mutoh Zephyr 65, Mimaki ® JF-1610 / JF-1631, Gerber ® Solara Ion V/Z/X/UV2, HP ® ColorSpan Legacy UV 72uvx DisplayMaker, and Océ ® CS7075.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the UV bulb and reflectors in the SubZero 055 Cassette H at the same time. This quick-change cassette is easy to install, ensuring minimal downtime for your inkjet curing applications.
