How do I create an account?

Creating an account with us is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll soon be ready to order.

  1. Click on “Login / Register” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. Enter your email address under “Register” and click on the “Register” button. Then complete all fields marked with an asterisk *. As stated in our privacy policywe do not forward your personal data to third parties.
  3. Once you’ve completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest that you check carefully the information in this email, making sure it is correct.

To confirm your registration, click on the link provided in the email. Once your registration has been confirmed, you can login and start shopping.

Why do I need to create an account?

If you would like to order on our website, you must first create a customer account to identify yourself and enter in your delivery information for your future order.

Creating a customer account allows you to track your orders and it gives you access to our loyalty programme as well as being notified of our special discounts if you decide to sign up to the newsletter.

How can I get special offers?

You want to enjoy special offers? Subscribe to our newsletter and get 10€ OFF your next order with a minimum value of 500€ as a welcome gift in the LFPP family.

How to unsubscribe to the newsletter?

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you’ll need to enter your email address and hit send. You will receive an email with a link in it

Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your account.

Reason for fraud checks?

We carry out fraud checks like most online retailers for both our customers and our own protection. This helps to ensure we do not process payments that might be being attempted by a non-card holder and also ensures that your parcel is delivered to the correct address.

How do I find a specific item?

If you know what you are looking for: just type in into the search bar at the top of the website. You can search by brand, manufacturer name, manufacturer or LFPP reference, product category and any other specs

If you are unsure about the product you are looking for: do not worry!

You can also refine your search by manufacturer and printer model compatibility, product category and subcategory and price.

What if I cannot find my product?

How can I request a specific item?

We can supply over 10 000 product references and we are working hard to grow our online product catalogue.

What if an item is out of stock?

Average delivery 3-7 days (Monday-Friday). However, if an item you’re interested in is sold out, we advise you to contact our customer care team by email or chat to be notified about the accurate delivery time.

Where is my order?

Depending of product availability and shipping method, your order will arrive within 1 to 7 days (Monday-Friday) after it has been placed.

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24 hours. You can also track your order in the Your Orders section of your account, once the order has been shipped.

How do I return my order?

If you want to return an order, we advise you contact our customer care team by email with the reason for the return and you will be issued with an RMA number.

Your request will be reviewed by our support team in order to arrange the return or to find any other satisfying solution for you.

  • If you order the wrong product, you will have to send your order back to us – at your own cost – in its original packaging and sealing not open. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
  • If we shipped an incorrect product, as soon as you inform us of the mistake, we will arrange to send the correct item to you and ask a courier to pick the wrong item up.
