The Konica Minolta® KM HS2000 printhead features 4 rows of 256 nozzles. It is optimized for use with UV inks and is fully compatible as a replacement for the discontinued KM1024i SHE print head.
The Konica Minolta KM HS2000 print head is an advanced drop-on-demand piezo print head designed for high-speed, high-precision inkjet printing. Featuring an All-Nozzle Independent Drive System with a multi-line configuration, it allows simultaneous firing from all 1024 nozzles, ensuring maximum productivity.
Unlike the traditional 3-cycle drive system, this new design provides a significant performance boost. With four rows of 256 nozzles precisely aligned, the KM HS2000 achieves superior accuracy and sharp image quality.
Thanks to a maximum drive frequency of 60 kHz—about three times faster than the KM1024 series—this model is perfectly suited for developing single-pass inkjet printers capable of very high-speed output. The KM HS2000 is also compatible as a replacement for KM1024i SHE 6PL print heads.
The KM HS2000 is manufactured with sustainability in mind. Compared to the KM1024 series, it requires only about one-third of the petroleum-based materials and harmful chemicals, while maintaining the same nozzle unit surface area for easy integration.
For best performance and long-term reliability, we strongly recommend replacing the head cables when installing a new print head.
