Inkjet Ink for Industrial Printing

Inkjet inks are liquid or gel-based inks that are used in inkjet printers, including large format printers. Inkjet inks are made up of a combination of pigments or dyes, solvents, and other ingredients that are formulated to produce high-quality prints with a wide range of colors and tones.

There are two main types of inkjet inks: dye-based inks and pigment-based inks.

Dye-based inks
Dye-based inks are made up of water-soluble dyes that are suspended in a solvent, such as water or glycol. These inks are known for their bright, vibrant colors and are well-suited for printing high-quality images and graphics. However, they are not as resistant to fading or water damage as pigment-based inks.

Pigment-based inks
Pigment-based inks, on the other hand, are made up of fine particles of pigment that are suspended in a solvent. These inks are known for their high colorfastness and resistance to fading and water damage, making them well-suited for printing documents and other materials that need to be long-lasting. However, they may not produce as vibrant or vibrant colors as dye-based inks.
